BANK BARN

The front door to Bank Barn leads to a room which takes the whole of the top floor and comprises of open plan kitchen with dining area and a lounge area which has fantastic views of the wasdale fells.

In the lounge is a TV with basic freeview digital TV (which also receives radio) and a DVD player.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of storage space. There is a laundry area in the main farmhouse garage with washing machine (washing powder provided) and tumble drier which you are welcome to use (shared with the main farmhouse). The cottage has an iron and ironing board. Washing up liquid and tablets for the dishwasher are provided. There is enough coffee, tea and sugar to start your week off.

From this room, stairs lead down to two bedrooms and a shower room - there is a double bedroom and a bedroom which has a set of adult sized bunks.

Outside is a garden area and drying green with garden furniture which again has fantastic views of the Wasdale fells.

• The cottage is heated by electric storage heaters which have additional boosters.
• The beds are freshly made up for you.
• Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £15 per dog. Please note that the cottage is on a farm and so dogs must be kept on a lead. We ask that dogs are not left alone in the cottage and are kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms & bathroom.
