The kitchen at Berkeley House is fully equipped with microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.

The sitting room is large and has fantastic views from the bay windows onto Crow Park and the mountains beyond. The TV has DVD player and Freeview Sky. There is also a dining area in this room with a large table to seat 12.

There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor accessible via the kitchen. This room has an ensuite shower room.

On the first floor there is a fmily room with four poster and a single. There is a shower room across the hall.

On the second floor there is a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room. This room has lovely views to town and Latrigg beyond. There is also a fmily room wtih a double and single bed, ensuite shower and excellent views to the lake and Catbells.

On the third floor there are another double bedroom which has superb views onto the skiddaw range. This room shares a shower room with the bedroom on the first floor.

Outside there is a patio area which faces South - perfect for an evening drinks & barbeques.

• The beds will be made up for you and towels are provided.

• All the bedrooms have TVs.
• Pets are welcome at £15 per dog although I'm afraid we can only accept one dog per visit (unless by prior permission). Dogs are absolutely not allowed in any of the bedrooms and we ask that they don't use the furniture. Please don't leave pets alone in the house at all.
