Booking & Prices

We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) from mid-March to the end of October, and weekend, midweek and full week bookings from November to mid-March. Winter weekends or midweeks are £265 for either two or three nights, or £450 for the full week (excluding Christmas, New Year and Half Term weeks). We also require a £100 damage deposit which will be returned to you in the week following your stay (minus any breakages/damage to the property).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Fielding.

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 3pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, gas, and linen are included in the price. Coal for the fire is available at cost price and is stored in a small shed at the side of the cottage. You need to bring your own towels.

The cottage is no smoking throughout.
