We take full week bookings (Saturday to Saturday) from July to end September, and weekend, midweek and full week bookings from October to end June.The cost of a 3 night stay during the months of November to February is £710 and the cost of a 3 night stay during the months of March to October is £810.

In 2007 the cost of a 3 night stay during the months of November to February is £750 and the cost of a 3 night stay during the months of March to October is £850.

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd.

We also require a "damage deposit" of £100 six weeks prior to arrival which will be returned to you at the end of your holiday (if there is damage to the property or its contents, the cost of repair will be deducted from your "damage deposit").

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4.00pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Linen is provided and the beds are freshly made for your arrival. You will need to bring your own towels though. All electricity and gas is included in the weeks rental price.
