| CHAPEL COTTAGE
Chapel Cottage, as the name implies, was converted
from a former Wesleyan Chapel and has been extensively refurbished
in 2007. Located in the beautiful and quiet Duddon Valley, the cottage
backs onto established woodland and has superb views across the
valley towards the fells of Caw and Stickle. The area is truly lovely
with some of the finest fell walking right from the doorstep.

Within a mile or two are Ulpha's shop and post office,
the Newfield pub (famed for its fillet steaks) and its bridge over
the river Duddon, popular for swimming and paddling.

The Georgian town of Broughton-in-Furness is just
a few miles away - here you will find butcher, baker, grocer, a
few pubs, a couple of cafes and a lovely atmosphere.
