Christcliff Cottage

A haven of peace, Christcliff has been renovated to a very high standard with a delightful kichen which is tastefully furnished and well equipped with dishwasher, cooker, mirowave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and plenty of space for dining.

The sitting room has TV, video player and a stereo/CD player. There is an open fire here (kindling and fuel for the fire is available at Eskdale village shop).

There is also a cloakroom wtih toilet and basin downstairs.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - one kingsize, one double and one single.

There is also a bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and a patio that is perfect for summer barbeques. The views towards Birker waterfall are stunning.

Christcliff has oil central heating throughout. Oil & electricity is included in the rent. You will, however, need to provide your own coal and logs for the open fire. These can be purchased from the village shop in Eskdale Green.

The cottage is on its own private water supply.

There is off road parking for two cars.

Pets are accepted at Christcliff Cottage only with prior permission.
