Downstairs is the designer kitchen with granite tops, and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and freezer). The cooker has 5 hobs and a double oven with a pine table for you to dine. There is also a microwave and plenty of storage space, as well as an additional utility area. In the kitchen is dining for four.

Upstairs is a large vaulted living room with original beams, Sky TV & DVD/CD player. There are also two bedrooms, each with a double bed and TV. The bathroom has under-floor heating, roll-top bath and wetroom/power shower.

Bed linen, towels, dressing gowns, toiletries and welcome pack are all included. On arrival, you’ll find a bottle of wine in the wine cooler and the basic essentials – tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

Outside you are welcome to share the beer garden with Yanwath Gate Inn - this is South facing and gets the best of the sunshine.
