HINNING HOUSE

The living accommodation at Hinning House is spacious with a large dining kitchen, large sitting room, snug, reception hall and downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage space and in the second kitchen there is a washing machine and tumbledrier, as well as a second electric cooker. There is a freezer in one of the outbuildings.

The sitting room is spacious and has a woodburning stove, as well as a selection of books for you to borrow (and return!). There is a TV with DVD player.

From the sitting room is what was the main reception hall. This room has a table and is a good place to play board games or do a spot of work.

The snug is beyond this room and has a wood burning stove and a second TV.

The rooms upstairs are split by two stairways. From the first set of stairs (accessed via the main sitting room) are four bedrooms - two doubles and two singles (one of which has a pull out bed for an additional person). There is a bathroom here with an electric shower above the bath.

The second set of stairs lead to three additional bedrooms and a second bathroom. There is one double bedroom, one twin and one single here.

Outside is a large garden with plenty of walks right from the front door.
