LANE END COTTAGE

Lane End is in beautiful order throughout. You will be greeted with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. In the adjoining utility room is a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. The kitchen also has dining for six.

The sitting room is light and comfy with french windows leading to the enclosed garden. There is an open fire (the first basket of logs is provided), Sky TV (with documentaries, lifestyle & culture), DVD & video player. One of the walls is lined with books which you are welcome to borrow during your holiday.

The main bathroom is downstairs and has a bath with shower over.

Upstairs are three bedrooms. The main double has an ensuite bathroom. The second double has a 3/4 bed and the third room is a twin.

Outside are great views of the surrounding Lakeland fells, hundreds of walks right from the front door and a South facing garden with table and chairs.
