BURNTHWAITE FARM: AVAILABILITY & PRICES

Booking Information

We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. Weekend bookings are £210 (three nights) in the off-peak season (end Oct to Easter).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for three days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (please send cheques to Sally & Rob Fielding at Rivendell, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4QP).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 3pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, heating (storage heaters), and linen (including towels) are included in the price.

Pets are accepts at Burnthwaite Farm only with prior permission - there is an extra £15 charge per dog.

Please note that there is no TV reception at Burnthwaite Farm. A television and video player is provided for use of videos only.
