Booking Information

We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. Weekend bookings are £180 (three nights) in the off-peak season (end Oct to Easter).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (please send cheques to Sally Fielding at Rivendell, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4QP).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 11am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

• Electricity, gas, and linen (including towels) are included in the price.
• A cot is available upon request.
• Pets are accepted only with prior permission
  - there is an extra £15 charge per dog.
• The cottage is no smoking throughout.
