HIDEAWAY BARN: PRICES

Booking Information

We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. Weekend bookings are £370 (three nights) in the off-peak season (end Oct to Easter).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (please send cheques to Sally Fielding at Rivendell, Bassenthwaite, Keswick, Cumbria, CA12 4QP). We also require a security deposit of £100 which will be returned to you after your holiday (minus any damage or breakages).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 11am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, oil, and linen are included in the price. A cot & high chair is available upon request.

Pets are accepted at Hideaway Barn only with prior permission - there is an extra £15 charge per dog. We ask that they are absolutely not let into the bedrooms upstairs and not left alone in the house while you are out (due to the antique furniture).

The cottage operates a no smoking policy.
