KEY HOW COTTAGE : AVAILABILITY & BOOKING

We take full week bookings (Friday to Friday) throughout the year. Weekend breaks are £195 for up to three nights in the off-peak season (end October to Easter).

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (and sent to Sally & Rob Fielding at Wallthwaite, Troutbeck, Penrith, Cumbria, CA12 4QP). You can also call us on 017687 79445 and pay by card (there is a 2.5% fee for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 11am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 3pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance.  We do, however, expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Pets are welcome at an additional charge of £15 per dog.  We ask that they are kept out of the bedrooms and off the furniture.  We also ask that they are not left alone in the house.
