AVAILABILITY & PRICES

We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd (and sent to Sally & Rob Fielding at Wallthwaite, Troutbeck, Penrith, Cumbria, CA12 4QP). You can also call us on 017687 79445 and pay by card (there is a 2.5% fee for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards).

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 12noon on the day of departure and not to arrive before 5pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

Electricity, heating and linen are included in the price. Please remember to bring your own towels. The cottage is heated throughout by oil central heating.

The cottage operates a no smoking policy.

Pets are welcome with prior consent only (£15 per dog). We do ask that dogs are kept downstairs and off the furniture - we have a policy of not allowing dogs in the bedrooms upstairs.  Please do not leave dogs unattended in the house.
