WELL COTTAGE: BOOKING AND PRICES

Booking is from Saturday to Saturday.  We will hold provisional telephone bookings for a few days and confirm bookings on receipt of a deposit (as shown on the tariff sheet). Payment in full is to be made six weeks prior to arrival by cheque made payable to Sally Ltd and sent to the address below.

Guests are asked to vacate the cottage by 10.30am on the day of departure and not to arrive before 4pm to allow for additional cleaning and maintenance. However, we do expect our guests to leave the cottage in a clean and orderly condition!

The cottage has mains gas central heating and the sitting room has a gas fire. Meter readings for gas and electricity are taken at the start and completion of your stay and we ask for payment on the day you leave. All gas and electricity is charged at cost. During winter, the cost tends to be around £15.

A separate cheque for £50 or a card number to be provided on arrival, is required as a deposit for damage, to be returned if no damage is done.
