RIVENDELL: ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

The hallway leads to a kitchen on your left and the sitting room on your right. The kitchen is warm and well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge and plenty of storage space. There is dining for six and a sofa making it a sociable place to prepare meals.

The utility room leads from the kitchen and has washing machine and tumble drier.

The sitting room has woodburning stove, TV with DVD player and plenty of books to borrow.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin. There is also a bathroom and a shower room.

Outside is a lawned garden with patio and garden furniture - a great place to watch village life go by.

• Pets are welcome at Rivendell - we ask that they are not left alone in the cottage and that they are kept off the furniture and out of the bedrooms. We charge £15 per dog to cover additional cleaning costs. .
• Please note that Rivendell is a no-smoking cottage
• The house is heated throughout by oil fired central heating.
• The beds are freshly made up for you.
• You need to remember to bring towels.
• We advise all guests to have holiday insurance.
