ROCK HOW : ACCOMMODATION

The front door leads to a hallway with the sitting room to one side and the spacious dinning room and separate kitchen to the other. The snug is reached from the kitchen and has comfy chairs and a TV. The sitting room has an open fire, TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and plenty of storage space. There is a washing machine here and a tumble drier in the workshop outside.

Upstairs are three bedrooms - one double and two twins, and a family bathroom which has electric shower, toilet and sink.

Outside there is a raised and enclosed garden to the side and rear with garden furniture. There is an old workshop to the back of the house available for secure storge of bicycles etc.

Please note: the drive is very short but fairly steep and so therefore unsuitable for low wheel base cars. There is additional parking further up the road (75m from the house).
