ROSE COTTAGE, ESKDALE

The kitchen at Rose Cottage is large and has a dining area for six. It is lovely and warm with an aga for cooking, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage space. There is a tumble drier in the outhouse by the kitchen.

The sitting room next door is spacious and split into a main area with woodburning stove and a quiet area with an electric stove. There is flat-screen TV which has the full Sky package (sports and films) and DVD player. There are books to read and board games provided.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two doubles and a twin. There is also a bathroom which has bath and separate shower.

The garden outside is magnificent with mature plants and hidden paths and has a barbeque area overlooking the most wonderful view of the fells.
