SPRING BANK: ACCOMMODATION

Downstairs at Spring Bank is a large breakfast kitchen, dining room, sitting room, conservatory and shower-room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, and washing machine. There is plenty of storage space.

The sitting room is large and has an open fire, TV, video and Hi-fi. There is also a piano here for late night sing-a-longs. A French door goes out to the garden.

The dining room has seating for up to ten people and leads to the conservatory which is heated.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms – two doubles and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. There is also a shower room with WC downstairs.

On the second floor there are two more twin rooms. The first also has table football and other games. This room leads through to the second twin bedroom (please note that the ceiling slopes in here).

Outside the garden is large with a flat lawned area and terraces with mature plants and shrubs and little paths and secret areas. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided for the enjoyment of guests.
