The front door of the cottage leads straight to the sitting room area with open plan kitchen and dining area beyond. This room has slate flagged floors, comfy sofas, TV basic freeview digital TV and DVD player.

The kitchen area has dining table for up to five, electric cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and plenty of storage space.

Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and electric shower over it. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds - a double underneath and a single on top.

Outside is a patio area with lake views (the lake is only a field away), and parking for up to two cars.
