WAYSIDE HOLIDAY COTTAGE

The sitting room at Wayside has an open fire, TV and DVD player, books and board games.

The kitchen next door has dining table to seat four and is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and tumble drier.

Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one twin) along with a bathroom which has bath (and shower above it).

Outside is a patio and garden area with garden furniture and fantastic views of the Borrowdale fells.

• The house is heated by night storage heaters.
• Parking for one car is available for at 'Pennybrig' which is approximately 50 yds from Wayside. A second car can easily be parked in close proximity to the cottage.
• Pets are welcome at Wayside at an additional charge of £15. We ask that they remain downstairs and are not let onto the furniture at all.
