WELL COTTAGE: ACCOMMODATION

On the ground floor Well Cottage has an entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, sitting room, bathroom and bedroom for one person.

The sitting room has a southern aspect and is a lovely sunny room with a door to the patio and garden. It is equipped with a television, video and DVD player. There is a gas fire in this room for instant warmth.

The kitchen has a cooker with gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer.

The bedroom has a single bed, chair and chest of drawers. There is hanging space immediately outside the bedroom.

The bathroom downstairs has a bath with shower, handbasin and toilet.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms. One is a double room, and has an ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

The second has twin beds and also has its own washbasin and toilet.

Outside is a garden with views towards the coast.
