• Oil Central Heating is on a meter reading which will be read at the start and end of your stay and we ask for payment on the day you leave. Electricity is on a £1 meter.
• A damage deposit of £100 is required before arrival. This is returned 14 days after departure.
• The beds will be made for you and the linen is included in the price.
• You need to remember to bring your own towels
• A cot can be supplied upon request.
• The cottage is non-smoking.
• Pets are welcome at Woodside (maximum of 2) at a cost of £15 per pet.
